How much does shipping cost?

Our lights are small and lightweight — so shipping stays affordable. Add a few more items to hit $49.90 and we’ll cover the shipping cost for you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to AK/HI may take 7–12 business days.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited orders, and we currently do not offer international shipping.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). If you order after 2:00 PM EST, we’ll process it the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You’ll be able to track it every step of the way.

Customs, duties, and taxes

All orders are shipped DDU (delivered duty unpaid). You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. Covelume is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, here’s what to do:

1. Check the tracking link first.

2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

3. If that doesn’t resolve it, reach out to us at bobbygrimesullam1994wnk@outlook.com — we’ll open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
